We kick off the show this week with a fantastic Brut IPA from Los Angeles Ale Works that they brewed in celebration of the Los Angeles Philharmonic 100th anniversary, LA Phil 100. The beer is brewed with Centennial and Wakatu hops, Jasmine rice, and orange zest. The beer was designed to encapsulate the the spirit of the LA Phil and the local flavor of Southern California.

BREW THE SHIT OUT OF IT.
