Episode 367: It’s pretty damn hot in the US, so why not cool off with some Kölsch?!
This week on the show, we’re introducing a new segment on the show that we’re calling the “Style Pile,” where we focus on a specific style of beer and break it down. This was inspired by our past beer style showdowns where we’d blindly evaluate and rank beers. Since we no longer record in person, the Style Pile serves the same purpose, but scaled down and without the blind tasting aspect.
The fun and interesting thing about evaluating the same style of beer from different breweries is how diverse they can be from one another, and also from breweries who are thought to brew-to-style.
