A couple of months ago, Zach Nichols, co-owner of Cellar West Brewery out of Lafayette, Colorado, hit us up asking if were we still accepting beers for the show. We’d not yet heard of Cellar West, but we’re always down to try out something new. After a bit of light research, we learned that the brewery is inspired by and focuses on brewing farmhouse-style ales. It’s been a while since we stepped outside our local, hype-driven beer bubble, so the beers from Zach and Cellar West were very much welcomed!
